Shipping Costs Lens Marketplace charges a fixed shipping fee per order, regardless of item quantity and destination. We offer two shipping options (Registered Mail or Express Mail), both of which include a tracking number. The fixed shipping fee for each shipping method is: Registered Mail: €5.95 EUR ($8.64 USD) Express Mail: €27.95 EUR ($40.60 USD)
Product Availability and Expected Dispatch Times The estimated dispatch time for each product is stated on the product page. Whilst we endeavor to dispatch your order on or before the dispatch time indicated on the product page, we cannot offer any guarantee and this is only an estimate. Estimated dispatch days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends and public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking number. You can also check the status of your order at any time by logging into your Lens Marketplace account.
Expected Delivery Times Delivery times will vary, depending on the shipping method you choose (Registered Mail or Express Mail) and your location. The list below shows usual/average delivery times. Please note that these are just estimates and it can sometimes take more or less time for your order to be delivered.
Registered Mail: Europe: 6-10 days United States: 10-14 days Canada: 10-14 days Australia: 14-16 days Other countries: 10-20 days
Express Mail (EMS): All destinations: 3-5 business days
Import Duties, Sales Taxes or Value Added Taxes Some countries/governments will charge import/sales taxes on contact lenses (when the lenses arrive at the destination country and go through customs). Lens Marketplace does not have any control over this and it is your responsibility to pay any such taxes as required at the time of delivery.
Product Returns Due to the nature of the product, we can only accept returns if the lenses are found to be factory defective. Please refer to the Defective Items section below, for more information.
Defective Contact Lenses In the rare event where the lenses you receive are factory defective, we will exchange the lenses free of charge. Defective contact lenses may only be exchanged for the exact same lens and prescription. We cannot issue refunds for defective items. Please note that the defective lenses will have to be returned to us first, before we can exchange them. If your contact lenses are defective please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment). When returning defective lenses, please put them into a storage case containing fluid and package them carefully to ensure they are not damaged in shipment. Contact lenses that are sold in vials can be returned in their original vials.
